Sometimes common sense isn’t so common and moving forward isn’t as easy as you thought.

Working with non-profits to utilize their fundraising software to its fullest potential.

I can help your team assess the data processes and procedures you already have in place, and define best practices for your success. Let’s build a sound data management plan for your non-profit. Together we can:

  • Connect with your software using practical methods

  • Train staff on data retention best practices and introductory software usage

  • Review and improve procedures in gift processing, donor record retention, and software based moves management

  • Build guides for institutional practices

  • Navigate internal relationships between Finance and Fundraising for data management, usage and reconciliation

THe basics

  • Raiser’s Edge (NXT, Online Express, Convio)

  • Donor Perfect

  • eTapestry

  • Salesforce for Non-Profits

  • Bloomerang

  • iWave

Who I’ve worked with

I’ve had the great joy of working with many notable non-profits in Central Ohio, including: Matriots of Ohio, Action For Children, Junior Achievement of Central Ohio, Women’s Fund of Central Ohio, Bridgeway Academy, Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, and Disability Rights Ohio

WHere I stand

I believe that non-profits should be able to rely on their fundraising software to help them succeed. It shouldn’t be a burden to manage or utter chaos when you need to extract your data.

how I work

I’m a contracted consultant working with Mollard Consulting LLC, which means I work remotely as well as doing onsite visits (on a limited schedule).

I’ll review, analyze and report back my findings as we go along, making sure that this is a sound collaboration.
