Can I contract with you directly?

Many consultants handle their own contracts, billing and other logistics when working with clients, however that’s not something I offer right now. I subcontract through Mollard Consulting LLC so that I can focus on you needs, rather than the trappings of a business.
 

WHat if I don’t know what I need?

No problem! Many of my clients have no idea where to begin, which is why we start with a conversation rather than a checklist. There are a few standard questions I ask to get a baseline for the level of involvement you may need. I may send these prior to our call or go over them as we talk.
 

Will you be my Temp?

Probably not, although I may help clean up some of your data, create lists or reports so that we can make meaningful progress.
 

WHy do you have limited in person meeting hours?

I currently do consulting on an as needed basis, which means I keep a full time job during a regular work week. I’m very fortunate to have a fair amount of flexibility in my day job, so with careful planning, I can work with you when scheduling on-site visits.
